Savina studied at the Academy of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan in her native Italy, and at the Rosella Hightower school in Cannes (France) She danced as a professional with Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Teatro Regio in Turin, Ballet du Louvre in Paris, Scapino Ballet in Amsterdam, Bat Dor Dance Company in Tel-Aviv, and with the Dutch National Ballet in Amsterdam.

Savina danced as a soloist in both classical and neoclassical pieces, and in choreographies of Armando Navarro, Nils Christie, Hans van Manen, Rudi van Dantzig and others.

She has been a jury member in several dance competitions in Italy, Israel, and Greece.

Savina has always been interested in dance education. While dancing she took part in several educational courses on technique and dynamics in classical ballet.

Since 2003 Savina has taught classical ballet at the NovaCollege Dance MBO in Haarlem. In Amsterdam, she has taught at NJMT, Dansgroep Amsterdam (Itzik Galili & Krisztina de Chatel), International Dance Theater (IDT), and  the Henny Jurriëns Studio she teaches at the moment at Balletschool Marieke van der Heijden,

Her goal is to pass on to her students both a proper technique and a love for dance and teaching.

Savina  is co-founder and co-director in 2016 of the first Amsterdam Dance Competition: AmsterDans

Dance career

Savina has started her dance education at the Theater la Scala in Milano Italy .

Professionally her career began at Teatro la Fenice in Venice,  with Director Eugenio Poliakov. She then danced in theater Regio in Torino. Moved in Amsterdam ( the Netherland)  she danced with Scapino Ballet for 5 years, then with the Ballet du Louvre in Paris and in the contemporary company Bat Dor in Tel Aviv, Israel.

After returning to The Netherlands, she joined the Dutch National Ballet.

Savina has danced many roles in the ballets of  known choreographers, including George Balanchine, Hans van Manen, Rudi van Dantzig, Marius Petipa, Armando Navarro and others 


Savina has been a faculty member of Novacollege MBO dance in Haarlem since 2003. She also teaches regularly at Chassé Dance Studios. 

She is a guest teacher at the school of Marieke van de Heijden and taught in  many studios like: Dansgroep Amsterdam, International Danstheater, the Henny Jurriens Foundation and others.
